Sausage, Egg and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole !!

To make a delicious casserole of sausage, egg, and cream cheese hashbrowns, please follow the recipe below. This dish is perfect for a filling breakfast or brunch.

It’s so simple! But my family loves this recipe so much that I could easily make it every day! Try it out, you’ll love it!

Ingredients:

– 8 ounces of breakfast sausage

– 6 large eggs

– 1 cup of softened cream cheese

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup chopped green onions

– salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Turn on the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish measuring 9×13 inches.

2. Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside after draining off excess grease.

3. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, then mix well.

5. Stir in cooked sausage and chopped green onions; season with salt and pepper as desired.

6. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set and top is golden brown.

8. Cool for few minutes before slicing and serving.
