Crispy Potato and Vegetable Patties !!

The patties are made from mashed potatoes mixed with a variety of vegetables which are then shallow-fried till golden brown.   • 3 medium sized potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 0.5 cups of grated carrots
  • 0.25 cup of finely cut green beans
  • 0.25 cups of green peas (boiled)
  • 1 small sized onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala or curry powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes (Coated in Cornflakes)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour (for binding)
  • Shallow frying oil

Putting together the mix is quite simple. First, add boiled potatoes together with all the vegetables, chopped onion, green chilies and coriander leaves in a large mixing bowl.
