Ingredients :
1 cup butter (do not use ghee, it does not work)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions :
Put the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla in a glass bowl and microwave for 90 seconds, stirring until blended, they should blend together immediately and become light and creamy, then slowly add icing sugar, about a cup in 1 time. Stir the mixture well.
Stovetop Use Instructions: Combine peanut butter, butter, and vanilla in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and slowly add the powdered sugar, a cup or so at a time. Stir the mixture well.
Grease an 8-9 inch skillet or line with parchment paper. Transfer the fudge mixture to the skillet and press into the skillet. Let cool at least four hours before reducing. Store in an airtight box in the refrigerator.
