Have you ever tried something so delicious you can barely stand it…and something that you’re even more shocked that you actually made. This is one of those recipes. When you make this cake you’ll feel like you’ve died and gone to heaven.
Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
16 ounces mashed pineapple, not drained
icing:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Putting first 6 ingredients in bowl & blend until combined with spoon.
Pour to a 13″ 9″ cake pan.
Baking 350°F 35-40 min.
For icing: Mix jointly butter, sugar, & evaporated milk & cooking on medium heat to it thick slightly. (This usually taking for 6 min while boiling.)
Remove it from the heat and add the remaining ingredients.
Pour over hot cake.
