No Bake Lemonade and Cheesecake is a light lemon dessert that makes a great addition to your Easter or Mother’s Day menu!!Give it a shot.!To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:
Ingredients :
1½ cups graham crackers (10 to 12 whole crunchy pieces)
1 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
a pinch of salt
6 tsp unsalted butter melt
1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
1 pack (3.4 oz) lemon pudding mix
2 packages (8 ounces each) soft cream cheese
A cup of concentrated lemonade juice
Directions :
Combine crackers with sugar and butter.Pressure down on bottom & siides of 9-inch dish baking. Put it in the fridge to cool down.
In bowl, whisk milk and pudding blending on low speed for 2 min
In other large bowl, whisk cream cheese to light & fluffy, 3 min .
Adding concentrated juice lemon and beat to mixed . Add the pudding mixture and whisk until combined.
Pour into the crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Decorate it as desired.
