Bedtime Drink For Sleeping That Helps You Metabolize !!

1 cup warm water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon ginger powder (fresh grated also works)

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat the water to warm, not boiling.
  2. Mix the ingredients together and blend well.
