Salisbury-Steak with Onion-Gravy recipe !!

 

A light classic with a burger steak in gravy and onions, traditionally served with hot rice or steamed potatoes are a great way to garnish a pound of ground beef with all the ingredients at hand. To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

 

Ingredients :

 1 pound meat minced
 rusk c
 2 tsp ketchup
 1 tsp mustard
 1 tsp Worcestershiire sauce
 Half a tsp garlic powder
 ½ teaspoon onion powder – optional, use if onions are not in the broth
  broth
 1 onion
 1 tsp oil
 2 c beef broth
 4 tsp flour
 1 tsp ketchup
 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

If you want the onions to caramelize in the meat broth, start by cutting a small onion into thin slices.Cook with 1 teaspoon of oil over medium to high heat until golden brown. About 78 minutes. Set aside in a bowl, mix 1 pound ground beef with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 2 teaspoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and if onions are not soft, add 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 0. 5 lb hamburger mixed into 34 equal servings.
